What is YOUR brand?

What promise(s) do you make to everyone who comes in contact with your company or organization? Are you keeping those promises to all of your customers, clients, stakeholders? Are you clear about what those promises are? Your brand IS your promise. It’s also what others think of your company or organization. 

Branding entails articulating the promise and verifying that you are following through on it; understanding what others think and why so you can overcome challenges, attain clarity, and seize opportunities; and developing a clear, consistent look, tone and feel for everything and everyone that represents the brand.
